Before you sign up for another networking event or conference,

I want you to have a #SelfConference.?

During this time you decide your: Who/Where/What/Why when it comes to your time and energy as you pave out this next chapter for your limitless purpose, potential, peace, and abundance.

You can do this. You physically create meetings, agendas, plans and courses of action for every damn body else- why not you??

Honestly, if you’re not worth your own valuable time then that means everything and everyone else is a more important commitment to you than you are to yourself.

It means you are living a life responding to demands instead of one commanding the type of responsiveness and reciprocity you desire and deserve in every environment you’re in.

I know… I get it, life and the hats we wear and the responsibilities we carry can get ahold of us. We’re siblings, we’re sons, we’re mothers, we’re daughters, we’re professionals, we’re entrepreneurs, we’re job seekers, we’re community leaders, we’re marathon runners, we’re youth pastors, we’re yogi teachers…. BY GOD!?

How the hell are you supposed to schedule and create an entire conference just dedicated to you and including no one else without multi-tasking or inviting others in and building multiple relationships while you’re doing it?

*Deep breaths* No matter what #socialmedia tells you, your #soul connection is the most #important #connection that likes and follows you.?

I’m here to serve as a reminder, an alarm clock- as we all are in our specialty areas where people need to hear our message the most. A purposeful life (not a perfect one that never gets messy but a purposeful one) with intention, where who you are, what you desire most and what you bring to the table is valued, seen and heard- is my specialty.?

At this full day, half day or 3 day RETREAT where you set an agenda in the core areas of your life, the values that you want to guide them + review what’s taken place, and write goals and direction for what will…

It’s important that you also write down some other names beyond your own in these pages of life.?

Physically write down the names of those who give you #reciprocity and make you FEEL UNQUESTIONABLY GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF. You know those who you don’t question, “is he/she hatin?” “Being immature?” “Lowkey jealous” “unnecessary” or “competitive” with me? Those who you share genuine, continual #alignment and synergy with- write them down to take up space on the?page of your life?without them even knowing it.?

Those are people who share an #abundant #mindset as opposed to a #scarcity one as it pertains to YOU.??They are rooting for and want to see you shine. Their maturity in you all's interactions and relationship enables them to KNOW that you bringing the best of yourself forth is worthy of applauding and cannot possibly steal from or kill their own individual presence and unique shine.

Those who did not make the cut- you thank them for their time and whatever lesson they were sent here to teach you. They are off of your pages and not in between the lines for a reason.

Let me spell it out for you: the opinions they have of you, regard they have for you, or the transactional way they want to sap your talents/time/clout does not deserve to hold weight in your psyche or deserve to take up any more time than needed in the future.?

It’s important to keep that spatial awareness because you are a designer and "strategizer" of your life.

Choose the colors and fabrics of this next chapter you’re painting wisely- begin to blot out and brush off distractions from the focus of your vision.
