Hello and happy Sunday,
Welcome to another. YOU GOT THIS! Newsletter.
“Success does not come to those who only dream, but to those who act." - Unknown
As the temperatures drop, your productivity is about to rise! While New Year’s resolutions often fizzle out by February, autumn offers a real opportunity to make meaningful progress. With just a few months left until the end of the year, there’s a tangible deadline that pushes you to focus and get things done. Plus, the cozy, indoor weather helps keep distractions at bay, allowing you to dive deeper into your projects. After a summer of relaxation and sunshine, your energy levels are replenished—perfect for tackling new challenges before the winter blues sets in.
For me, this season is all about setting up my home office, finalizing my menopause coaching certificate (and preparing for a speech!), and finally publishing those wonderful podcast interviews I’ve been working on. These are my top three priorities for the next few months.
What will you achieve in the next three months? Now is the time to plan, focus, and make it happen!
In today’s edition of my newsletter, I′ll write about these three topics:
?? My latest learning: I Really Regret That....
?? Career Inspiration: Finding Success with Less Stress
?? Female Leadership: Why Many Never Become Leaders… Even Though They Should
The end of the year is just around the corner, and if there’s ever been a perfect time to refocus and take action, it’s now. Whether you’re aiming for a career change, looking to improve your leadership skills, or just want to feel more fulfilled in your role, now is the time to act.
I am always happy to receive feedback, suggestions for improvement, and ideas for new newsletters. What would you like to read about here?
Stay courageous!
Best Regards, Katharina
?? My latest learning: I Really Regret That ...
"The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." – Chinese Proverb
If there’s one thing I truly regret in my journey toward partial self-employment, it’s that I didn’t begin my coaching training sooner. I knew in my gut that coaching was exactly the right fit for me, but for an entire year, I hesitated.
I devoured podcasts, blogs, and books about female empowerment and coaching, always circling back to Kathy Caprino. Her ability to ask the right questions, to spark powerful "AHA" moments, and to focus on the future rather than getting stuck in the past, inspired me. I wanted so badly to learn from her. But the internal excuses were louder: Now’s not the right time! You can’t afford it! You don’t have time!
Sound familiar? Maybe you’ve also experienced that moment where you know what’s right for you but hesitate. Waiting for a sign or putting it off because it doesn’t feel urgent enough.
If we were walking together on the Atlantic coast in France right now, I’d tell you the key question that finally got me moving: What would be possible if I started now? I visualized where I could be in six months, and it was exciting.
I called Kathy Caprino, asked my questions, and voiced my concerns. I wasn’t persuaded or pushed; my fears were respected, and I got clear, honest answers. Three days later, I booked the training. And I’ve never looked back.
Today, my clients benefit from what I’ve learned, and sometimes I still ask myself: What if I had done this sooner? If you feel like you’ve been holding yourself back, maybe now is the time to pick up the virtual phone and start the next chapter in your career.
Let’s chat! I’m here to help you take that next step and fuel your success.
?? Career Inspiration: Finding Success with Less Stress
Through my own career journey and the coaching I’ve received, I’ve learned some valuable lessons about what it really takes to succeed without burning out. It’s not about doing more or pushing yourself into roles that don’t feel right. In fact, one of the biggest shifts for me was realizing that success comes when you stop trying to be someone you’re not. I used to think that to move forward, I had to do things that didn’t align with who I am—but all that did was drain my energy and leave me feeling unfulfilled.
Another eye-opener? Letting go of the need to meet other people’s expectations or compare myself to others (which often tends to compare one′s weaknesses with other peoples strengths). It’s a trap that leads to nothing but frustration. Instead, I’ve learned to trust my own instincts and stop letting fear keep me stuck. That fear can feel overwhelming, but once you push through it, you realize that the only thing holding you back was your own hesitation.
In the past, I used to fill my schedule to the brim, thinking that the more I did, the more successful I’d be. But I’ve learned that’s not the way forward. Success doesn’t come from doing everything; it comes from focusing on what truly matters and setting boundaries that protect your time and energy.
One of the most important lessons was mastering the way I talk to myself. Negative self-talk can be incredibly destructive, and learning to recognize and shift that inner voice has made a world of difference. No longer blaming external circumstances for my stress was another key turning point. I learned that, while I can’t control everything, I can control how I respond and what I choose to change in my life.
And perhaps one of the hardest lessons was recognizing the importance of self-care. I used to sacrifice time for exercise or reflection, thinking it wasn’t as important as “getting things done.” But I’ve found that taking care of my body and making time for personal reflection has made me more focused and energized.
Finally, I stopped equating working harder or longer with success. The high performers I admire most are the ones who manage their lives with purpose and calm. They’re not constantly sacrificing their health or personal lives for their careers—they’ve learned to prioritize, work smart, and maintain balance.
So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin, ask yourself:
What can I stop doing to achieve more with less stress? The answer might surprise you.

?? Female Leadership: Why Many Never Become Leaders… Even Though They Should
"Visibility is not about showing off. It's about showing up with confidence and clarity."
Have you ever wondered why some people, who would make great managers, never get the chance to step into leadership roles? The answer is simple: Visibility. It’s not that they lack the skills or qualifications—it’s that they don’t know how to present themselves confidently and effectively.
In many cases, they struggle to stand out. Their presentations might fall flat, or they get stuck in the monotony of endless PowerPoint slides. It’s not because they’re not capable, but because they haven’t learned the art of presenting with impact. And let’s be honest—how many of us are really great at it?
Here’s the truth: Those who know how to communicate clearly and charismatically are the ones who get noticed. If you can articulate your message and make success visible for your team, you’re far more likely to be recognized. It’s not rocket science—it’s a combination of the right mindset and solid presentation skills.
So, where do you stand with your ability to show up?
Are you being noticed, heard, and recognized?
If not, it might be time to sharpen those skills and make your impact visible.
Ready to step up and be seen? Let’s talk about how I can help you get there! ????Here is a link to book a discovery session with me.
