So I get this question quite often, how do you have breakfast when you don't feel hungry?!

I'm excited to share one of my favourite shakes with you today – my Ultimate High Protein Low Carb Shake! This delicious and nutritious shake is packed with powerhouse ingredients to fuel your body and keep you satisfied throughout the day.

And it's easy to drink too!!

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 Scoop Whey protein powder
  • 100g egg whites
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 100g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Water + Ice

Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth, and voila – you've got yourself a nutritious shake that's perfect for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or anytime you need a quick and convenient meal.

Now, let's talk about those macros. With a whopping 50g of protein, just 8g of carbs, and 18g of healthy fats, this shake is a nutritional powerhouse that will keep you feeling full and satisfied while supporting your fitness goals.

(You can reduce the protein powder and egg whites if needed for less protein)

But the best part? It tastes absolutely delicious!

The combination of creamy Greek yogurt, sweet blueberries, and rich almond butter creates a flavour explosion that will have you coming back for more.
