Don't Run That Race!

In this day and age of instant access and social media… everything is at your fingertips at a moment’s want and everyone is a star; with their lives posted for all to see. Sometimes the rut of life blinds you… and all you can see is the front stage of people’s lives, your wants, and desires. What do I mean by front stage? These are the things people want you to see… their nice home, car, happy posts on social media, their achievements etc. In your rut, it becomes easy to want and feel as if you deserve those things too. Why isn’t your life, your partner, your kids like that! You begin to compare your partner and your life to the front stage of other and your wants. They are now running a race they don’t even know they are in. If they do know… How must that feel?
