Don’t run away from your weirdness…

As a kid, I was judged sometimes for ‘being too sensitive for a guy’. Now, this so-called weird quality of being sensitive is what helps me in my professional work and teaching. It is the foundation of my work. It’s stupid to think of that as a weakness.

Don’t get rid of your weird quality, because someone thinks it’s silly. It can become your biggest strength.

Lean into your weirdness. Don’t run away from it.
