It's never too late to start getting things done...
?1. Focus on how goal accomplishment is going to make you FEEL.?The goal is to get that FEELING.
2. REFLECT on past performance and adjust, adapt, accept.
3. Understand and set your INTENTIONS for what you want to accomplishment.
4. "DO YOUR BEST" - that may mean taking small steps toward "doing". Celebrate the effort.??
5. Remind yourself of your focus with daily AFFIRMATIONS.?Automatically these will turn into habits.

1 年I love this reminder, especially the statement that the REAL goal is the feeling we get when we accomplish a goal! The most rewarding goals are those when we had a bit of slip-back on the way to accomplishing it. I had to learn, these slip-backs are not failures, instead they are reminders that I am human and the feeling I'll have when I do accomplish the goal is going to be great! Happy New Year!
