Don't overthink about life

First of all ask you mind is it really the topic so worth that you are over thinking on it. We always over think not because it's important to us but with a guilt that what so called society will think so leave thinking of society. Divert your mind to some pleasant activities like Gardening, creating new articles, writing, reading magazines. Don't keep any connection with negative minded people they will never let you to be happy. Meditation truly helps to control control your thoughts.

Don't start morning with negative mind set. Listen music to relax you mind. You are not alone, that is the good news, we all have the same problem… One way to break out of this is to observe your breath. Try not to take control of it, just observe, and tell me what you discover… I like to hear what you get to learn…

To stop overthinking, you can use these points to live free :- Awareness is the beginning of change. Don't think of what can go wrong, but what can go right. Distract yourself into happiness. Put things into perspective. Stop waiting for perfection. Change your view of fear.

In life we face positive and negative things. For positive things we dream that becomes “vision”. There are two things which we over think: If we face problem and emotions together. Only for problem and emotions we over think a lot. Now coming to your question how to stop. Simple, you should know what to think through mind and feel through heart. Because, mind answers for what , where, why, when , how? So you can get answers for your problem if you think through mind. If you get answers this will stop over think about problems and make you get answers and come out of fear. But your heart will not question it will just accept . That's why we feel emotional through heart. If you can able to get answers for what , why, when, where and how for your problem then your thinking through mind. If you don't get answers then it's emotions. Just feel it in heart , it will just accept. Cheers!
