It took years of questioning, being curious and going inwards that set me on my path towards understanding myself better.
It was only when I moved to London and encountered my first coach that I really started the ‘inner work’. For me, the more I got engrossed in self-development and understanding myself, and human dynamics, the more I realised I found my passion in helping people through self-awareness and my own breakthroughs.
One exercise I have used and gone back to repeatedly is from the book and exercise, Ikigai - a Japanese philosophy to help your discover your purpose. It’s the intersection between what you love, what you’re good at, what you could get paid for and how you can serve the world!
