Don't (like me) get hacked

Some of you will have had a dodgy message recently from my account which did NOT come from me. My account was hacked and the experience has been bad. Hopefully I have now kicked the bastards out and would like to thank all those of you who raised the alarm - actually surprisingly many. I'd never send a message like this out which, have to say, had more than a bit of the robot about it.

So, apologies. Never again will I get lazy over passwords and skip "double authentication". No sirree! It's the full works for me from now on. I was borderline paranoid before - and far worse now. Don't expect to see my life in pictures (or any timelines) on my real accounts anytime soon.

It has left me thinking though. First, I should have read more of those "how to" articles on how to avoid this - thanks to the Daily Mail for the handy tips above. They get interesting when you need them. And second.... if only my real proposals could excite this level of interest!  I'm still working on that
