Don’t let the winter stop you from being amazing!

Cold climate making you feel the blues? You are not alone. Winter is notorious for impeding on all goals! Spiked eggnog and snuggling on the couch seem like a better alternative than going out and getting some work done. But don’t let this cold season win. #MakeAmazingHappen every day! Here's how - 

Outdoor Activities

Experience winters differently by taking advantage of all the winter-related sports and activities. Go ice-skating or snowboarding! Join a meetup where you can learn how to ski! Or just go out with family and make a giant snowman!

Focus on Mental Health

Since the sun barely makes an appearance during this time of year, this may affect your mind. Keep a journal, meditate, take hot baths, and do anything else that makes you feel good and happy!

Seasonal Nutrition

Is there a fruit, vegetable or any other food item that you love but is only available in the winter? Now is your chance to stock up! Please your taste buds and your health by creating delicious and healthy holiday recipes using seasonal veggies and fruits.

Get outdoors with the family

Go out and enjoy the snow with the kids. Use those snowy hills to your advantage and sled down, sprint up and work up a sweat while having fun with the fam!

Goal Setting

With the new year starting soon, take out time to write down your goals for the year and an action plan on how you are going to achieve them. Give yourself this time to mentally and physically prep yourself for the new tasks ahead!

Although it’s colder and harder to be active and driven during this time, you’ve got this! Create a plan, follow a schedule and do you!
