1 个月Sigh! Why do we suddenly care about institutional knowledge retention? It's like doing exit interviews with people retiring. Too little too late. That being said, I can't help but approve of well-targeted, strategic efforts, even if all this should have been an ongoing process in organizations. In fact, it should have been a part of risk management strategies.
