Don't leave it too late...

It's not good..

It's not good when you get to the 1st of January feeling horrendous.

You haven't trained in weeks

You've binged all through Christmas

Bad habits have taken over

You feel like you have a mountain to climb to get back to where you were

The best way to avoid that is to ensure you are implementing good habits now!

Staying on track during the winter months becomes harder, so trying to implement new positive habits in November/December is realistically not going to happen and you will put it off until the new year.

If we ensure we are practicing good habits now,

Daily walks ??

Consistent sleep routine ???

Regular training schedule ???

Preparing our meals on a Sunday ???

Planning our week in advance ???

Then this will ensure these habits become second nature through the winter and we continue to make progress regardless if motivation takes a dip or things become tougher!

Get the good habits in place now and avoid feeling like a sloth on January 1st!
