Happy Saturday! You know what time it is.
LinkedIn and chill.
This week's theme was all about being both visible and vocal.
But before we dive in, here's what I was up to this past week.
It was mostly a head-down kind of week.
I'm revamping my website to make it more clear about what I do and who I do it for.
Also, I decided to stop playing small and being humble. I've accomplished so much in these few years as an entrepreneur and helped others do the same.
However, I often don't talk about it and surely didn't showcase it on my website but that's coming to an end.
I'm also still working on developing digital products and have an idea for an app that I think will be a game-changer! Stay tuned.
I also got out of the house - but you'll see that recap in the content.
I got out and walked 3 times this week. Still struggling to lose weight but have to keep going. I sit most of the day while I'm working. I found that my legs were getting really heavy and swollen at night. Walking 2-5 miles in the morning has alleviated that. So if you're like me, a sitter and you're experiencing leg heaviness, get out and walk in the morning before you get your day started.
This week I'll be traveling to New York, so let's see what content I can come up with.
??ANNOUNCEMENT: We have moved back the launch of my After HouHERs?? community to November because I'll be in New York this Tuesday. So remember to register. You don't want to miss being on the ground floor of something that is going to be way bigger!
Ok, enough about me. How was your week?
What Was On My Mind This Week
?? Started the week with a little pat on my back about your gifts making a way. It's okay to celebrate yourself. If you're not visible and vocal about you, who will be?
?? I brought the ?? with this newsletter about 5 shifts to go from invisible to influential. The caption on this one may have raised a few eyebrows.
?? I shared some good news.

?? Check out my poll about your biggest roadblock to building your influence. Interesting which one is in the lead.
?? This newsletter about monetizing your mind was filled with ????.
?? I shared about my version of helicopter mentor ??. It's not bad. I love my clients.
?? I went to a fashion show , which was a lot of fun.
?? I shared my thoughts about my challenges as a homebody ambivert and "being outside."
But before I go, here are some action steps for you to take:
? Review last week's content with links above.
? Reserve your spot for After HouHERs??.
? Schedule a call with me to discuss communication skills training needs for your team so you can take advantage of our year-end training bundles .
? Schedule a mentoring call to gain clarity, brainstorm or strategize about how to elevate your communication skills or build your speaking business.
Ok y'all that's it for now. I'm off to help a client craft their amazing signature talk.
Enjoy your weekend. Stay safe and doing something great for yourself.
Until next time, remember
Your voice is your superpower!
