Don't just sit there, DO SOMETHING to Get NFA Reopened!

NOW is the time for all fire service leaders to come to the aid of OUR National Fire Academy! The following is from the Congressional Fire Services Institute (CFSI). If you don't know what CFSI is, Google it!

National Fire Academy Closed Until Further Notice: FEMA has announced that in-person NFA classes and associated trainings in the states have been canceled during a "process of evaluating agency programs and spending to ensure alignment with Administration priorities." The timeline for the evaluation is unclear and in the meantime, the fire service will lack access to in-person NFA training.?CFSI is working to keep Congress and the federal agencies apprised of the needs of the fire and emergency services.

?? WHAT CAN YOU DO? TAKE ACTION TODAY TO REOPEN NFA:?

??? Visit CFSI’s NFA Action Center for talking points and guidance on reaching out to Congress and the Administration to ask them to reopen NFA.
