I have had 3 residential mortgage enquiries in the past 24 hours and I have quoted the introducer a product with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation.

Rates are from 8.3%, however if the loan amount is fairly low and they have had adverse credit or are on benefit income then it could be a good solution for your clients.

There are no Early repayment Charges

Interest Only is available and they can make over payments each month to reduce their balance

Right to buys and Shared Ownership accepted

No credit scoring
