Don't invest in property

Don't invest in property

Business is the no. 1 wealth creation vehicle in the history of the f***ing world!

It is the only variable value proposition.

A business has exponential value because a business’ value is determined by its cash flow, not the market.

Comparatively, if you buy a property you can only ever increase the value of that property based on what the market is willing to pay. Does this make sense?

The wealthiest people in this country have not made their money through property.

Hear this.

The wealthiest people in this country park their money in property once they’ve made it in their business.

I’ll say it again.

The wealthiest people in this country park their money in property once they’ve made it in their business.

And the more cash flow you can produce in the business the more valuable the business becomes.

What a lot of people do, is say, ‘I’ve got to invest in property to make money.’

And they get every single f***ing cent they can out of their business, and they pull it out and put it straight into property.

And these properties are going…chink, chink, chink, chink…

And the business can’t breath.

It’s drowning, begging for f***ing oxygen to grow but you don’t have any because you’ve sucked all the oxygen out and feeding into this fat f***ing thing sitting on the side of a curb.

That’s the truth.

You want to get wealthy in this country?

F***ing invest in your business.

Put the money in business because that’s how money is made.

That’s how real money is made.

Invest in your business.

Hi Kerwin, I'm a 33 year old carpenter, my business is carpentry, for me the current choices are to either expand and take on more staff and more jobs this results in the same margin % across more jobs and ultimately results in more, £££££. The second is to buy a property to referbish and sell. My skill set allows me to undertake nearly all of the work involved and allows for a profit via end market value. I love the idea of making a large business but don't like the idea of being detached from the on site works as building is my passion, my last business failed as I didn't expect my role to become so paperwork based. Any advice bud as I feel I'm at a bit of a cross roads
