You got it. Trust yourself. Follow your gut and your mission every?day.
You have been struggling. The new year progresses, the first quarter is soon ending, and you doubt whether you are on the right path. Don't dispair, you got this!
You might feel a bit hawkish just because last year was great. But underneath all the show and “fake” confidence, you struggle. You are insecure. You cannot go on another year like this. You know that what you do is not aligned with the right path. But how?
Regain the?moment
— You could start right now, you know the drill. BUT, it’s your constant distraction and things that don’t matter. In other words, it’s your focus. How your start your morning matters. You know it but have not been following the advice.
You jump to check your phone first thing in the morning and see what gossip and fun videos you can watch. It’s fun, but you feel empty after. You decide to ignore the feeling.
Then, you realize you are late and hurry through to brush your teeth, forgetting to exercise. Weeks go by, and you feel stressed out, flat out, and like in Fast & Furious.
You need more time, but time cannot be borrowed. — Justin?Bieber
How to slip in new habits??
In a couple of minutes, you directed your life towards a brighter future, where you are in control and not a passenger.
Regain your?day
— You have been driving your life out of necessity, not out of vision. These are important concepts. You can be disciplined because you have to, but not because you have a vision. We got to go to work and show up for something bigger than necessity. We are often not genuinely behind those tasks. It starts with having a vision for ourselves and our jobs.
Your days can turn quite annoying, and you know all about that when we do things because we have to, without the heart. It’s not necessarily bad, but in the long term, you’ll find yourself doing jobs for others and things you don’t enjoy. A wrong career path?

Regain your?life
— Hoping things will be happening for themselves, forget it. Life keeps moving ahead without our input. However, how your life is in the next ten, twenty, or thirty years depends on your efforts, your unique approach, your daily kaizen. Your commitment to constant and never-ending improvement.
You can improve only if you strive. The more you put in, the more you get back. The more your read, the more you ponder and can reflect. Things will start to fall into place. BUT, you have to take massive action to get out of the rut. Start putting one foot in front of the other—small steps matter, rather just one time massive action.
You know it, even with small, seemingly insignificant effort, you can gain tremendous results when you have patience. Perhaps, you don't much patience right now since instant gratification is more rewarding. But the way of a turtle - going slowly and consistently brings you peace, love, and more energy over the long haul.
Massive effort can be made in spurts, but not in an all-out effort, as you will burn yourself out when you push every day with max effort. The next thing is to build the willpower of a bull, instincts of a lion, and patience of a turtle.
Many people put all the effort out, just one time, then give up.
