Entrepreneurs change the world one step at a time.

When I read that Elon Musk, Microsoft, or Google has a big plan for the world of technology it's interesting to know what they think.

It's got nothing to do with my entrepreneur vision or ambitions.

The entrepreneur simply knows what's next. It's a feeling that wells up inside. The knowing that something different will come, that change is possible, and success is inevitable.

This lonely journey does not include following other's dreams or market trends. People who do that are looking for a vision that fits their needs, interests, and life situation.

The state of being an entrepreneur comes as a dream.

It's a vision of a different life experience for not only oneself but the people who matter to the entrepreneur. Find yourself first. Then the market. Product / market fit is the answer.

The detour into linking the words technology and entrepreneur came as software and now artificial intelligence became the biggest playground for vision-oriented entrepreneurs.

That's no longer the case. It's still part of the equation, but many technology entrepreneurs follow a career path called corporate entrepreneurship. Transformation won't come here.

This may include failing out of an elite university, creating software, and getting funding for your idea. That is less being an entrepreneur and more fitting into the funding matrix.

Prosperity comes from the imagination. It's a feeling of destiny. When I think of the world that I want to be in, embrace that vision, and take all necessary action I'm in that flow.

Entrepreneurs across history know this feeling. It's being outside the norm. The thinking system of belief that others accept as truth includes what's happening in technology.

This matters because you are not alone. Realize that the thought of a different world, a better experience, and the destiny calling you is not supported by the social norms.

You are an original creator. This comes in the form of mom's who want a better way to survive breast cancer, kids who don't want a normal job, or older people who see a new pathway to a better healthcare system. That inner motivated feeling is entrepreneurship.

It's not enough. The next phase is risk. It's necessary to fully embrace the idea. Then it turns into a concrete but vague vision. The desire grows and expands until it consumes your life.

This entrepreneur pathway is the pathway. It's not about what I will get from the world. It's about the dent that I will make in the world. Each entrepreneur makes an original dent.

The purple unicorn is not the idea that makes the most money for its investors. It's the person who steps outside the matrix of belief and changes the society permanently.
