1 年Very interesting article. I know of someone who worked at a company and the manager was renowned for getting rid of staff, and doing everything they could to ease people out. Most people would leave the department after a few months 4-6 months or go off on maternity leave. .

Very sad heartbreaking decision - leave people who became your friends.... This changes your life not just financially, but socially too. Left my job with burn out, developed depression. Everybody deserves to be respected and treated right so that's why decided to leave.
