Don't FREAK out

SportsFaith Play of the Day from the Ultimate Playbook!

Acts 6:8 Now Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power, performed great wonders and signs?among the people.

By God's grace and power, we ALL are capable of great things. Too often we get into FREAK mode and fall short. (just came to me through God's grace... see if you like it).

F is for fear that we will fall short or aren't worthy. We are ALL God's children and are worthy.

R is for the rut that we find ourselves in but don't grab onto God's hand or listen to the Spirit on how to get out.

E is for unrealistic expectations we set on ourselves or others. When we do this we create our own failure before we even start.

A is when we see something that looks like it could be difficult, we avoid it at all costs. Some of the greatest impacts came as a result of difficulty overcome.

K is for believing the lie that we don't have enough knowledge to be affective. Let the Holy Spirit guide you. God won't put you into situations that you can't handle. Even if you don't succeed the way you'd like, you gain knowledge in the process.

When you find yourself with the opportunity to do something great, don't FREAK out and have a blessed day!
