Don't forget your warmup!
Probably one of the most overlooked parts of Padel is the warmup and unless you have are invested in a local physiotherapist practice I would suggest that you spend at least ten minutes in a warmup before you play to maximise your chances of remaining injury free. Remember that the best way to warmup is to elevate your heart rate so that blood is flowing more vigorously to your extremities and that stretching cold muscle is not recommended.
