"Hey Kreat, what do you think of this...?"

I often wake up to messages from clients asking me for my opinion on things that have popped up for them. This morning was no exception.

This client in particular is a high level corporate executive working for one of the worlds biggest brands at their head office in the US.

She has it all....so you would think.

Great salary.

Great perks.

Great apartment.

Great holiday home.

Great car.

Great partner.

Great friends.

Great family.

On the outside she looks like she has an incredible life.

But on the inside it's a very different story.

Frustrated with the politics both in work and out.

Frustrated with the businesses lack of vision in her area.

Frustrated with the egos of her peers.

Frustrated with having to mould who she is to suit the business.

Frustrated with lack of recognition for achievements.

Frustrated with poor leadership.

Frustrated with continually feeling unfulfilled.

This is why she came to me.

Then a few days ago she got thrown a HUGE curve ball.

A personal invite from another LEADING global brand for a role that could catapult her career to a whole new level.

The level that up until 6 months ago she'd always been craving to reach.

But in her words even looking at it makes her feel like she'd be compromising herself.

That it's not aligned with her core values.

That it won't allow her to be who she really wants to be.

That she won't achieve what she really wants to achieve.

Sometimes the universe will send you a sign to test you.

A BIG bloody sign.

It's appeared for a reason.
