I am so proud to share with you that I have now completed my ILM L3 Leadership and Management Development Programme.

I feel a great sense of achievement, as it’s been a long time that I’ve written assessments and I didn’t think I could do it, so a real confidence boost.

Thank you VolkerFitzpatrick for supporting me, especially Daiva Diliute from our Learning & Development Team, who really went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to get through it.?

I am confident that it will no doubt have a positive impact both professionally and personally, and I’m looking forward to practising the tools and techniques learnt and administering this into my job role.

Congratulations to Cohort 10.? I was pleased to share this journey with you.? I spent my time whilst on programme with a great bunch of people from across the various business units.? VolkerWessels, VolkerHighways, VolkerStevin, VolkerRail and of course VolkerFitzpatrick.
