Training decisions should get derived from the KRAs & #BusinessGoals to be achieved in the coming year. Thus, the senior stakeholders ( CEO/ Business Head/ Sales Head/ CHRO) must get involved from the beginning.

?They should make sure that the service provider understands the challenges wrt #sales team performance. That they will be able to execute the?holistic plan & also guide the client’s team on internal actions. That the service provider is committed long term on sales team #productivity improvement.

?Only after this, the execution plan be delegated to the next line.
