Don't Be a Dead Squirrel!

Don't Be a Dead Squirrel!

I was just speaking with one of my friends in the EOS community. They referred to people not being able to make quick decisions as “Squirrel's Crossing the Street.” I laughed and agreed! There is a reason why so many squirrels die in the middle of the street they cannot decide what to do so they just die rather than choosing where to go.

Making decisions based on data and facts vs. emotions is important in business but so is time. If you can get 80% of the data, you need to make the call then go full speed. If you are required to adjust your decision down the road, you can do so. It works in finding a parking spot also! https://www.today.com/health/parking-psychology-best-ways-find-spot-every-time-t102886

In business, if you wait too long to make a decision you might just become a dead squirrel in the middle of the road!
