It's nice to hear praise, but it's also important to hear constructive criticism. If we just look for friends, leaders and relationships that just tell us what we want to hear we will never grow. As leaders we can't lead with an, 'I'll please everyone!' approach. No matter what, we need to stand firm on our morals and never compromise our faith. No matter how much times may change or the country goes crazy, we need to lead with truth in love. Don't compromise to fit the times and have a blessed weekend!
