Exceptional, high performing, positive cultures don't get built by accident. They are build ON PURPOSE by defining essential value and behaviors that everyone must be held accountable for. Everyone must own their piece of it.

If you want to maximize your talent, they you must invest in a purposefully built culture and TRAIN everyone in the behaviors you expect to get. It starts with collaboratively defining and reinforcing the values you expect and need based upon your unique situation and conditions faced.
