Don't Become a Victim of Fraudulent Job Offers

Some job seekers may have received fraudulent employment offers or recruitment emails from an individual or organization posing as Xerox. Individuals or organizations sending these fraudulent employment offers may request personal information or funds to further the recruitment process.

Applicants must apply for jobs via our Careers page on www.Xerox.com .?All Xerox job opportunities are available there as well. Individuals who receive an offer of employment from Xerox are always required to undergo a formal recruitment process, including an interview with a legitimate Xerox representative. Please note Xerox does not conduct interviews using the telegram app. Please be aware that Xerox will not ask for a copy of a credit card for "identity verification" nor will we request passport details, financial information, or money from job seekers.

·??????Ask the person who contacted you for a copy of the official job announcement.

·??????Carefully examine the email details of all unsolicited job offers.

·??????Request more information, such as their email.?Be aware that fraudsters will use photographs and names of real people at Xerox. Please note a legitimate email from a Xerox employee will end in "@Xerox.com."

·??????Do not agree to a wire transfer of any money?and do not grant anyone access to your bank account until you know it is completely legitimate and trustworthy.
