Don't be ashamed of needing help.
"Don't be ashamed of needing help. You have a duty to fulfill just like a soldier on the wall of battle. So what if you are injured and can't climb up without another soldier's help?” — Marcus Aurelius
How many people have failed in life and work because they were either too proud or too arrogant to ask for help? I know a lot. Don't be that guy or girl that stays stuck for hours but feels shame in asking for help.
Marcus reminds us here that we have a duty to fulfill, something bigger than us, more important than our Egos. So what if we get " injured and can't climb up without another soldier's help?"
Even the emperor of Rome was not afraid to delegate tasks and ask for help.
Why are you?
