This week I got a chance to interview a digital marketing genius named Evan Horowitz. Evan is the co-founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency called Movers + Shakers, which Adweek has named the #1 fastest growing agency in America. His agency has been responsible for several super successful social media campaigns. You’ve probably seen this TikTok campaign they created for e.l.f. Cosmetics. The crazy thing? Evan says he wasn’t even really familiar with the then-brand new TikTok before his company created this campaign!? My number one takeaway from Evan? Be willing to try lots of new things and don’t be afraid to “face plant” every now and then.
