Don't Add Pictures To Your Updates? (Updated)
Two updates asking the same question "Do you agree smoke breaks are professional at work". Simple text with no pictures is now outperforming updates with pictures drastically.
These updates were posted within 30 minutes of each other (never post updates closer than 15 minutes apart) And 8 hours later you can see the results.
Here is the first update with a picture
And here is the second without a picture

I think Linkedin has gone overboard with the way they have weighted their algorithm to stop updates that include pictures from going viral.
Can anyone tell me if the new #Linkedin algorithm filters updates by the words in them? I have noticed a significant decrease in updates that include pictures. But also text only posts that include certain keywords.
Updates that ask people to (at) them perform poorly. As do ones that include the word {Free} or {Giveaway}. Is this LinkedIn's way of throttling back posts?
