Don’t accept Bullying, Harassments and any form of Physical Assault In Your Office/Life.

We have a Culture of Silence. Don’t hurt in silence. I made that horrible mistake at one stage in my Life; you don’t.

I have encountered harassments & Death threats. I have informed authorities; they done nothing. I became so helpless that I tried to take my life. San Francisco’s Police saved my life. But Authorities in Palm Desert, CA and Riverside County Sheriff didn’t protect me from my abuser. After that, I was so scared and helpless that I became silent. It was a worst Mistake of my life because I start facing more physical assaults and mental abuse.

We have a flawed system. Our institutions protect those who abuse while re-victimizing those who are being harmed.  Unfortunately, victim-blaming is rampant in our culture. I am living example of this. I have faced more torture after reporting. I was harassed by a group of authority figures including Mayor/Councilor of Palm Desert & Board/staff of Chamber (Palm Desert Chamber/Greater Coachella Chamber). They have influence in the town; so local system help them.

Workplace Harassment: Ninety percent of workplace harassment is never officially reported. Recently, it's been Harvey Weinstein, Larry Nassar, Bill Cosby and Roy Price in the headlines. Not long ago, it was Roger Ailes, Bill O'Reilly, and numerous others. They continuously Hurt their victims for years. Their victims don’t report it because they don’t see a way out of their abusive situation; and they develop a sense of hopelessness and helplessness. Unfortunately, the authority figure makes it bit difficult for Victims; System protect them.

What’s Harassment: Harassment is any verbal or physical badgering based on sex, religion, or race. It's not only inappropriate and immoral but also an unlawful form of discrimination. Harassing conduct may include offensive jokes, slurs, name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, insults, offensive pictures, and other behavior. Sexual harassment includes any uninvited comments, conduct, or behavior regarding sex, gender, or sexual orientation.
