To celebrate the US Presidential Election I'm delighted to announce we have GreenLit a re-interpretation of Don's Party inspired by the classic Australian 70's film.
“Donald Trump is just amazing and what better way to pay homage to Australia's very own Bard (David Williamson) than by re-telling Don's Party” said Executive Producer Seumas Next.
“It's been 40 years since the first Don's Party and now Donald Trump is running, clearly anything is possible. I'm working with a truly talented pair of film-makers and I can't wait to get the party started” said Tania K Meyer who is making her Directorial debut.
Stephan Kern, co-Executive Producer, thinks the new version will be more Risky Business than Don's Party. "We've written a brilliant script and if it all stuffs up we can always blame Tania, who I suspect is a closet Hilary supporter anyway"
My mentor the great French film Director Luc Besson once told me "this isn't a film, it's an attempt at a film."
