Donald Trump calls on GOP lead states to send their state troops to back Abbot and to defy Biden. This is a challenge to the supremacy clause. Illegal
quote
In a two-part rant on Truth Social Thursday evening, former President Donald Trump called on Republican-controlled states to send National Guard troops to Texas to help Gov. Greg Abbott repel a supposed "invasion."
"When I was President, we had the most secure Border in History," wrote Trump. "Joe Biden has surrendered our Border, and is aiding and abetting a massive Invasion of millions of Illegal Migrants into the United States. Instead of fighting to protect our Country from this onslaught, Biden is, unbelievably, fighting to tie the hands of Governor Abbott and the State of Texas, so that the Invasion continues unchecked. In the face of this National Security, Public Safety, and Public Health Catastrophe, Texas has rightly invoked the Invasion Clause of the Constitution, and must be given full support to repel the Invasion.…"

There is NO invasion. Trump is demanding use of GOP state guard units to torpedo the supremacy clause of the US Constitution
This is a call for civil war
Do not be fooled. In this, Trump gave away his game plan. Intolerable and dangerous

Supremacy Clause
Primary tabs
Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause. ?It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions. It prohibits states from?interfering?with the federal government's exercise of its constitutional powers, and from assuming?any functions that are exclusively entrusted to the federal government. It does not, however, allow the federal government to review or veto state laws before they take effect.

What Trump is doing is petitioning torpedoing the Supremacy clause and this is a template for civil war
To those whom cannot get it, as in Global warming, sloganeering about micro effects, at the expense of the big picture is a way to make one come across as always FACTUALLY wrong

"We encourage all willing States to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of Illegals, and to remove them back across the Border," he continued. "All Americans should support the commonsense measures by Texas authorities to protect the Safety, Security, and Sovereignty of Texas, and of the American people. When I am President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbott and other Border States to Stop the Invasion, Seal the Border, and Rapidly Begin the Largest Domestic Deportation Operation in History."
"Those Biden has let in should not get comfortable because they will be going home," he added in warning.
The Border Patrol under the Biden administration has clashed with Texas, which is installing razor wire along the border as its own form of deterring migrants from attempting to cross. Federal agents have warned this is obstructing them from doing the actual work of safely apprehending and processing migrants.
Earlier this week, a divided Supreme Court allowed the Border Patrol to clear away razor wire as needed, in a rebuke to the Texas efforts. Abbott, however, has continued to have the National Guard install more obstructions as they come down, and issued a letter proclaiming the migrants to be an act of war against his state and vowing not to back down. Since that letter emerged, most Republican governors have signaled their support for Texas.
