If You Want Dominion, You Can’t Do It Alone
There’s an image I came across recently that caught my attention. Six sharply dressed men standing together, each labeled with a different role—Politician, Marketing, Mafia, Accountant, Entrepreneur, and Lawyer. The caption? “The type of group I need.” It made me think: if dominion is the goal, then isolation is the enemy.
Look through history. Look through scripture. No one who built something lasting did it alone. Think of figures like Steve Jobs—he had Wozniak and a team that helped turn Apple into a global force. The question is: Do you have these people in your life? If not, start by identifying gaps. Who do you need first? Where can you find them? Seek out mentors, networking groups, or even books that can help shape your thinking before the right people arrive. Or are you trying to build an empire alone?
Here is another thought I had after I saw this picture: what role am I playing in my friend's lives? am i contributing to their vision too or if not why?
This week, take a step back. Identify your inner circle. If you don’t have one, start building intentionally. Because dominion is not given—it’s built. And no one builds alone.

Till next time, keep building.
