Dominica Destroyed in Major Hurricane.

The Commonwealth of Dominica has been destroyed by Hurricane Maria as it raged a deadly path through the Caribbean.

A former British colony and a member of the Commonwealth, The Island is famous for its nature and wildlife and is a one of the most popular Citizenship by Investment Programs in the world today. 

The storms have caused massive damage to homes and Government buildings, washed out roads, upended water pipelines and have left families devastated. The banks and infrastructure services have all been closed with immediate effect and looting has become rife across the island, with the emergency services trying to contain the situation.

Officials estimate that 70 - 80% of Dominica’s structures have sustained storm damage, ranging from ripped-off roofs to near-total destruction. All intact public buildings are being converted into emergency shelters for scores of homeless residents.

Clients that are currently in the process of obtaining their Dominican Citizenship should expect delays due to the destruction of infrastructure. We have been assured that the Government is working around the clock to get key operations up and running. Applicants will have to wait for more information as it becomes available to us. For now we urge patience and await further news.

Please note that we expect potential scams and fraud with people suggesting there may be a discount or some form of hurricane relief reduction for the Citizenship donations. This is opportunism and not true. If it’s not on the Government Website, AVOID at all costs.
