DOMESTIC SURVEILLANCE

We are asked many times a week if we do surveillance. YES, we do HOWEVER domestic surveillance is its own being. Why you might ask? Well most states are no fault states, meaning you do not need a reason for divorce so the evidence is a mute point. While are a being hired to do the job, if we do it for a private individual who has not been given advise of counsel or is being representated by one it can get hairy/in the gray area. What if i tell my client the location, license plate or photo or the paramour then the next thing you know their brake lines go out suddenly, they are run off the road, get threatened etc. ? I am the one that gave them the information so I can be just as liable for their actions as they are.

For these reasons we will only do domestic cases for attorney's and not private parties. IF we do accept a job from a private party our reports will be very generic. We will not include license plates, specific names or addresses. We will have them for your attorney but since its a mute point until cohabitation occurs we keep the information in our records if you are not represented.
