The dollars and sense of vehicle graphics

Wanna protect your vehicle’s finish? Wrap that rascal. Whether it is a laminated digital print film or a solid cast colored film, both are capable of building your brand while protecting your vehicle from bugs, dirt, scratches, nicks, road salt, sand and road debris that can potentially cause damage to the vehicle’s original paint.

High quality films were originally designed to protect helicopter blades from airborne debris during the Vietnam War. The military continues to use protective films on its vehicles, so you know they are tough. Oh, and if you are currently serving this GREAT country of ours, THANK YOU!

Daily driving anywhere subjects your car to road debris, rocks, and a host of other objects capable of wreaking havoc on a perfect finish. Protecting your vehicle from damage with a full wrap is a great financially responsible way to keep your exterior looking good and most certainly will increase any vehicle resale value if you choose to remove and reveal its shiny original coat years later, “What about removal?” No problem, the material is designed to do so.

These days the film can be cast with opaque color or left white. White material is like a blank canvas that can be printed, much like a photograph, to suit your marketing needs or add a customized flair whether it be flames or camo, the ideas are endless.

A new, glossy wrap can bring an old vehicle or fleet back to life again. When used on a fleet of two vehicles or more, vinyl graphics can unite different makes and models of vehicles to create a cohesive company brand. A good designer can also create or refresh your company’s logo if you are looking for a complete branding overhaul. A full wrap covers the entire surface of the vehicle and includes perforated window film, which covers glass surfaces without impeding the driver’s visibility. A full wrap allows for the ultimate in creative design, as the graphics extend beyond the painted surface of the vehicle. A full wrap allows for greater creative design and visual impact and has the advantage of almost always being a real eye-catcher. Depending on where you live, vehicle wraps can make tens of thousands of impressions each day.

There are many challenges to applying printed graphics on commercial vehicles – most have corrugated surfaces, rivets, and more that can result in distorted prints when the material is stretched, heated and pulled to accommodate these surfaces…. which is why it’s important to hire installers that have industry experience and know their way around a complicated trailer or box truck.

Auto care experts say the value of a "mid-range car" can be increased by $2,000 or more when selling it privately by just sprucing it up and making minor, easy repairs. Got a faded paint job? Don't spend a fortune getting a new paint job when you decide to sell. Putting that $2,000 toward a wrap can provide a tax break for marketing come tax time, you are likely to get a good chunk of it back once you decide to sell the vehicle. When it comes to remove the vinyl, underneath you will find a shiny new paint job.

At Newman Print, my goal is simple: provide the highest-quality customer service and product that the vehicle wrap industry offers.
