Doing the same, or doing different.
James ????O’Toole
Solving problems, building new things and working with high-performing teams.
One path has tread,
the other is yet to be discovered.
One is not better than the other;
its circumstantial.
Sometimes the same is okay, maybe even necessary.
A key learning for me in the last 3 years is, if it's not broken, don't try and fix it.
I came into an organisation and began to implement systems and processes. At the time, I thought it was the right thing to do, looking back, it wasn't.
I had only ever seen new managers / department leads do this kind of behaviour.
I did the same, when I should have done different.
Sometimes it's not needed.
If it's not broken, don't try and fix it.
