Doing the right thing!

How many times do you send papers for service and the server then says after an "attempt" refused at location, bad address etc?

We have many businesses here that moved YEARS Ago such as PNC Bank, Fed ex, Comcast etc. We tell the client up front the moved to another city or go to the right location if its in the same city as requested. No extra fee unless they moved again without us knowing!

Then you have the State Police, they are bad with what wording they want. A client sent us as serve we had it changed before serving and there was no issue. The police even stated we did the right thing by getting it changed!
