Doing our best

It’s now the 10th year in a row that TCS has topped the Nordic list for customer satisfaction in the independent Whitelane Research findings. Not only have this, but our customers in Norway also awarded TCS the top spot for 2019 with the study revealing that our clients are the most satisfied of all in the Nordics - something for which we are both proud and grateful.

I believe this result underlines the fact that we as a company are truly aligned with our mission statement ‘to help customers achieve their business objectives by providing innovative, best-in-class consulting, IT solutions and services. To make it a joy for all stakeholders to work with us.’

It is also a testament, as validated by our customers, that extreme customer focus is the best way to achieve business continuity, growth and above all trust.

As a company we are enabling a whole raft of transformative technologies as part of the Business 4.0 agenda. Successful implementations like Vipps in Norway show we are getting things right. The Whitelane results nevertheless suggest a gap in the market between the desire of our customers to engage with new technology and its implementation in real time.

To continue this success, we must strive to close that gap and ensure that the technologies we promote, once implemented, fulfill the promise and keeps on delivering, industry by industry. And while we celebrate this present victory, we should be prepared to hear, and respond to the feedback of our clients, both the good and the bad, in order to do better.

In 2019 we have heard the call to close the technology gap and one year from now, we will be that much wiser in that mission. Keep watching this space – and to our customers, once more a big ‘thank you’ for the confidence you place in us.
