In my previous article, I spoke about how developing a lifestyle that suits your personality type is the best way to stay healthy and thrive. And that all of us have this inherent drive that makes some activities more attractive to us than others. This is why some people prefer running as their primary activity; others may choose resistance training, and yet others enjoy yoga more than anything else. These are personal choices determined by that innate drive that operates differently in all of us and is linked to our personality. By honouring this drive and aligning with it, we can find greater motivation and ability to be consistent.
Today, I want to share with you how you can leverage, strengthen and multiply this drive. Because if you want to unlock your potential, maximise this drive and tap into your strengths, the next step would be to set a goal. For this goal setting, you need to answer three questions

All three questions are important here. Because together, they help eliminate a lot of unnecessary pressures we put on ourselves in the name of health and wellness. The third question is, in particular, important as our health, happiness and well-being are more strongly linked to how relevant we feel in the world than how we look. So, do look at your health and wellness goal-setting with a fresh set of eyes.
Without goals, your lifestyle choices will likely be determined by someone else or societal expectations. If you don't set your own goals, you might find yourself chasing random fads or goals set by others. And because they won't be aligned with your nature, you may feel trapped & unfulfilled. The power of freely choosing your fitness activities helps you find the perfect balance between?freedom?and?discipline.?
So, start with understanding your personality, strengths & drivers, followed by goal setting. Once you are more self-aware, & have a clear life intention, intuition works better & lifestyle choices become more evident.?
