Doing meaningful work at Kenvue

2023 has been an incredible year with so much to be grateful for!

I walk into the office each day feeling confident in my place within Kenvue. It's amazing when you feel this connected to your role each day, knowing the impact you make within the grand scope of the company.

Even amongst 22000 Kenvuers, it is clear how my role as the Regional Sales Manager in West India matters in bringing everyday care to millions of people around the world.

Working in sales, we solve with courage daily. In a complex and ever-changing business scenario, we experiment, adapt, relearn and re-experiment. This is core to my team’s ability to try new things and reinvent. In doing this, we always put people first, which helps me form the very bedrock of how I operate daily and motivates me, as a sales manager and a leader to win in stores every day, through excellence in execution, and show up well to meet our consumers’ needs daily. It’s really an amazing feeling to know that you - and your team are committed to doing meaningful work that actually impacts people positively.
