Doing Meaningful Work...

I often get contacted by recruiters who want to get me a new job with an agency; or recruiters who want to do my job (RPO in India). And I am grateful for the offers...but no thanks! Early in my recruiting career, I worked for a couple staffing agencies; very sales oriented jobs that were short lived, and unfulfilling. I worked 12-14 hour days, made very good money...but my relationships with companies were very transactional. So, I started Recruiting for Good to generate proceeds and make a positive impact.

That Was Then, This is Now

I am using recruiting for good (placements) to fund sweet community work programs (The Sweetest Girl Gigs, and Now The Baking Coop in NJ too, and soon Kids Design Tomorrow Discover Your Passion for Fashion) that make a positive impact; teach kids sweet skills, success habits, and positive values.

Girls who work on my sweet gigs (9 to 14 years old) ...Learn to Earn (get paid gigs) ...Do a great job...land another sweet gig...(just like in the real world!) ...because, "No One Should Work Free...But SOME of US are LUCKY to WORK for GOOD!"
