It is always exciting to do something cool and eyebrow-raising. There is a temptation and sometimes expectation for immediate results. However, it is extremely hard to do the “right” thing. When it comes to medical devices, doing the right thing is usually the shortest way to achieve your long-term goals.
At COSMIC Medical, we always strived for the best possible solution. We iterated and re-iterated our designs, criticized our own ideas but most importantly, always believed in the evidenced-driven solution. After months of dedication and teamwork, we are starting to see the results of our work! After getting the Health Canada approval for the clinical trials, our team bubble helmet at COSMIC is able to publish our work in the IEEE Journal! We have many ideas and possible research projects in mind to work and publish our findings. If you would like to collaborate on the research or are curious to know more about the applications, please send me an email at abhijitpandhari [at] gmail [dot]com.
