On behalf of the Digital Next team, Justin and I are really proud to be main collaborators in this great book, which aims to provide clarity and focus to the topic of doing Business after Brexit. (published by Bloomsbury).
In the book our focus is Digital and online business, how the internet is changing business but also providing companies with greater opportunities than ever for forward thinking business people.
When we were first approached by Helen Tse to get involved in this book to write our own chapter it was a time of huge media coverage both positive and negative (and it still is).
At DigitalNext we truly believe that after being a start up ourselves just seven years ago and from having facilitated witnessing literally thousands of companies to success online, seeing the inner working of our clients; we in prime position to give commentary due to our own experiences knowing that we could identify positives in the Brexit situation.
Sure there are arguments to both sides, but what we have realised at Digital Next is that Brexit is happening and there is no time no time to dwell. Consequently, it is the businesses and individuals who realise now that grasping the opportunities Brexit can present will be the ones who will stay ahead of the curve. Exploit the digital opportunities for your business now and you will more than likely prosper in the new age !
Given the uncertainty of the Brexit negotiations, the book (published by Bloomsbury) attempts to shed light and give appropriate steps to mitigate risk and take advantage of any opportunities for business. Certainly online is a way business can prosper we are an example of this along with our clients, some of whom only a year ago were startups now turning over millions of pounds, it is their use of sound quantifiable Digital marketing techniques and good products or services that has left their competitors standing !
To celebrate the launch of the book we have arranged an event in Manchester (the first of a series of national events) on the 20th of September where you will be able to meet the senior author and many significant and vibrant business people. Please note - Tickets numbers are limited as this will be an extremely popular event, it will be also a great networking opportunity !
