Doing Agile : Greatly triggered by Kanban boards , run daily coordination calls , practice WOW

Let's understand the definition : Learning the practices and applying them without knowing the principles behind them and without knowing when to tailor and select practices.

  • Key vectors : Improved Visibility , communication , increased productivity , some ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Focus on : Rules and procedures , knowledge Intellectual , skills , One truth
Being Agile : Greatly triggered by Agile Mindset , Intend based Management.

Let's understand the definition : Adopting and understanding the principles and applying the right practices and tailoring them to different clients and situations.

  • Key vectors : Employee Engagement , Leadership at all levels , customer delight , continuous learning
  • Focus on : Principles and Values , Knowledge Intuitive , Beliefs and values , multiple truths possible.

How to be Agile :

  1. At Team level : Self organized teams, highly customer centric , coaching teams for improved performance
  2. At Org level : Management support in ongoing training and coaching , learning organization is the key here.

Now the open question that I have here is how to make Being Agile in real terms across the following functions : Development, Design, Requirements , Maintenance , software , Testing ( Doing Agile )
