A colleague working on one of our Glasgow projects has found an innovative way to interact with customers and canines.?
Caledonia Water Alliance's Jimmy Bain checks traffic management and pedestrian signage within the project twice a day to ensure they are still visible to customers and not damaged. ?
Jimmy said, “When I was out walking the project route recently a dog bounded up to me wanting some attention. I’ve got five pups myself and had a big bag of doggy treats at home so I thought I’d bring some into work to give to the dogs.?
“Instead of getting growled at the dogs run up to me with a waggy tail – it’s a great ice breaker giving customers a chance to share any concerns they may have about the project."?
Huge thanks to Jimmy who has certainly taken customer service to a different level!?
