I just wanted to send you some feedback -:

From my first contact with Brickhunter I received exceptionally good service! I sent my first email to Brickhunter on a Sunday evening at 10pm as I was trying to find the name of a brick that I had and I wanted to order approx 800 of them. Mark Elliott amazingly responded to my email within 10 minutes, offering advice. I was impressed with his response from the start. The next day I had managed to obtain the name of the brick (Ibstock Ivanhoe cream) that I wanted and I emailed Mark Elliott with the information. He promptly responded and advised me that that there were two types, both quite different as one had streaks of black on them. This was really helpful, Mark then gave me quotes for both types of this brick but by now I had realised that I required the original type which was virtually without black. The quote for the bricks was extremely competitive so I rang Mark to order 860 of the Ivanhoe Original Cream bricks and arranged a delivery date for Monday 24th August. When my bricklayer advised me that he was able to start work earlier I rang Mark to see if it was possible to have my bricks delivered 3 days earlier on Friday 21st August. Mark was able to promptly arrange this for me with no extra cost to myself. I was absolutely impressed and couldn't thank him enough. Needless to say my bricks arrived on the Friday afternoon at 2pm. A young lad was driving the lorry and his driving skills were excellent, he reversed all the way down my road to my house and then unloaded the two pallets of bricks. Again he was extremely helpful and friendly. Throughout all of this I have received impressive excellent prompt communication and customer service from Mark Elliott and I cant thank him enough for his advice and help!

I would also like to pass on my thanks to the driver "Charlie" from Steward Transport who drove the lorry!

I can highly recommend Brickhunter, who went above and beyond to provide myself with exceptional customer service, totally exceeding all my expectations.

The bricks are excellent by the way and look lovely, I am extremely pleased with my new garden walls. I have attached some photos of the end result!
