Career Search TIP of the week:
?Ask for help?- yep, just ask!
So many times, job seekers have come to me as a last resort because they feel like they've exhausted every other option and still haven't landed a career position.
But the truth is, asking for help when navigating a career search is one of the quickest ways to get you to scream, "I got the job!" There are so many pieces to the career search process that you might not even know where to begin.?
You went to college to become an expert in [insert your field here], which means you're not expected to be an expert in "how to land a job." Totally okay! That's what I'm here for!?
With 25+ years in the Human Resources industry, I've been behind the scenes of the hiring process and have interviewed thousands of candidates. So, what does?my?career experience mean for you??
It means I have the tools to help you:?
I can tell you I can help you all I want, but the results from my past clients prove it true!?

BOTTOM LINE: Like Lily Collins said, "Asking for help is never a sign of weakness. It's one of the bravest things you can do." Asking for support as you navigate your career search is never something to be ashamed of – and it will help you land the career of your dreams much quicker!
